To seal the body to make it water tight is a good practice. We suggest using metal or rubber (i.e. old inner-tubes) or sheet fiberglass along with silicone caulking for sealing. Areas that should be sealed are as follows:
1. At both ends of the console tunnel because of heat from the radiator in the front and the engine in the rear. This should complete the sealing on the body.
